For Trump to spring his trap they have to certify a corrupt election. You can't get someone on shoplifting until they leave the buillding with the goods without paying.

Very risky unless you are sure you can prove the fraud.

If you stop someone before leaving they can always claim they were intending to pay.

Proving it is one thing, getting a fair trial is completely different. They can prove it all day long, a kangaroo court will just dismiss it
