tldr: No Indiana Certification Evaluation Report for Dominion is listed on IN.gov
So I finally found some time to review the election results from my state "Indiana". Indiana is a solid Trump state, but I wanted to look into the results anyway to see if anything stuck out. Indiana uses 5 different vendors for electronic voting across the state. The Voting System Technical Oversight Program (VSTOP) performs field testing on the hardware/software and submits a report "Application for Voting Systems Certification Evaluation of a New Voting System" to the Indiana Election Commission. Except there is no report listed for the Dominion system. A quick web search found " http://www.state.in.us/sos/elections/files/Voting_Systems_Certified_in_Indiana_09_09_13.pdf ", but the page will not load. The VSTOP reports found issues with the other vendors systems, so issues are somewhat expected... Seems odd that the vendor getting attention in the contested states is the only one without a report listed on the Indiana webpage. Why is Indiana hiding these results from the field testing? Assuming the testing happened... What is going on?
