Its not the argument you would take to court, but it is interesting. Just like the fact he couldn't fill a parking lot but he got the most votes in the history of the USA. Not gonna win any legal battles with that but it makes people think about it.

Biden was at about 6 mil when he picked Kamala, then slowly crept up to 9 or 10 at election time. Trump was 83 million in September
