--- See Bannon's War Room Ep 531 starting at 10:42AM ET ---

Transcription:

(David Kallman, MI lawyer) “The request was a pretty narrow decision, remember, this was on a request for a preliminary injunction to stop the certification of the election results. What happened in Michigan yesterday as you probably saw on the news, our state board of canvassers certified the results of the election. Therefore, the Supreme Court said “Well, your request for an injunction to stop that is now moot, because the State Board has ruled”. But then, a number of the justices of concurring opinions and one of dissent, actually came out very strongly that the issues we’ve raised are still relevant, need to be addressed immediately, encouraged us to go back to the trial court and ask for emergency expedited hearings on the issue of the audit. And the justices made it clear that the audit was not precluded by the certification yesterday. So that's a huge ruling right there that's going our way. And furthermore, justices Zahra and Markman made it clear that they thought the evidence we put forward was very compelling and it was very troubling to them. And Justice Zahra made quite a comment in going through the different allegations we are making on the fraud and the problems with the poll challengers not being allowed to do their legal duty and observe the process. So, it was very good.”

(Bannon) “Stop for a second. You just said something. In the -Supreme Court of Michigan- yesterday, in front of the justices of the Supreme Court, Dave Coleman brings evidence... evidence with affidavits and eye witnesses, brings evidence and what do these justices say? "This evidence is very compelling. “In fact… you were overcome by events (with the injunction) but you have to bring it back because we have to review this evidence again. This evidence is compelling.”

The people voting to certify have no soul. I don’t even care if they were threatened. I’d tell the people threatening me to do their worst, I’m not helping them steal the American people’s vote.

Next time, if there is a next time, whoever takes this job better be ready to die on that hill.

I can understand the anger. But, they are up against the same type of intimidation tactics that the mafia uses.

It's literally "It would be a pity if an Antifa member, who has already gone to jail once for child molestation decided to take a particular interest in your kids. Oh, and coincidentally you have attractive children. Here is a picture of one of them going for a jog."

Personally, I hope these people get all the socialism they want, with government provided housing, government provided healthcare, government provided three hots, and a government provided cot.

Well that's when you tell them that if anything happens to any of your children that you know they have children too, and will having a friendly (albeit short) talk with their children.

I'm not positive but I think if they held up certification it couldn't go forward to court, if Trump can prove this was a cluster of fraud in one state, it seems that the 6 states did pretty much the same thing across the board.

We just need one domino to fall and then the world gets lit on fire.

Not a lawyer but that sounds like a big win or a domino falling, right?

In my opinion, it is validation.

We know our paths are recount / court / legislature. In this, the highest court in MI is saying the evidence suggests the court path has merit.

Keep the faith!

VA_MAGApede 7 points ago +7 / -0

Completely agree about keeping the faith, and that is why post like this need more visibility not the endless tik-tok garbage.

Remember after legislature the last resort is the house! That is our last trick! A senate and house sign an objection to a state and we own the house and senate. Do it 3 times and Biden's tally drops below 270. Then the house now picks a president. And the house is republicans.

This has been filed by David Kallman, completely separate from the campaign. Also keep your eyes peeled for for lawyer Phil Kline of the Amistad Project and a former AG for the state of Kansas.

Plaintiffs should not have to file appeals following our standard processes and procedures to obtain a final answer from this Court on such weighty issues

~ZAHRA, J.

~MARKMAN, J., joins the statement of ZAHRA, J.

The trial court failed to provide a meaningful interpretation of this constitutional language.

....

These questions are important constitutional issues of first impression that go to the heart of our democracy and the power of our citizens to amend the Constitution to ensure the accuracy and integrity of elections. They deserve serious treatment. I would grant leave to appeal and hear this case on an expedited basis to resolve these questions. For these reasons, I dissent

~VIVIANO, J (

https://www.democracydocket.com/wp-content/uploads/sites/45/2020/11/162245-2020-11-23-or.pdf

I would say it's a domino falling.

2 of the judges want expedited retrial, and third is talking about how the audit should be conditioned.

Tl,DR: Supreme Court of Michigan got some evidence about the state of their elections they are not liking.

That's a fantastic win. If we own MI and PA, we're at the sweet spot. Any other state topples, and even if we don't get any, a single faithless elector casts the entire thing to the House.

Because the motion was for an injunction, which is worthless when certification happens. To me this reads as a "come back with a different request."

Allegation of fraud, to my knowledge, makes the case criminal rather than civil, which is where we want to keep it. All we need to do is cast doubt on sufficient quantities of ballots.

This isn’t a ruling just a concurrence so it’s not binding in anyway, it’s worth a read.

This post is important, but nope, no sticky. Nonstop Kraken crap, and Lin Wood tweets if the goods are delivered I'll gladly eat crow. But seriously this deserves more visibility.

Mods, please start separating the signal from the noise, yes stealing Bannon's phrase, but too much good info is getting burried.

If i'm reading this correctly this is potentially YUGGGE.

For context, couldn't the MI Supreme court could have just tossed this case on mootness and not commented on the merits of the case?

6
iamherefortheluls 6 points ago +6 / -0

they didn't just comment on merits:

I would also have this Court retain jurisdiction of this case under both its appellate authority and its superintending authority under Const 1963, art 6, § 4 (stating that, with certain limitations, “the supreme court shall have general superintending control over all courts”). Federal law imposes tight time restrictions on Michigan’s certification of our electors. Plaintiffs should not have to file appeals following our standard processes and procedures to obtain a final answer from this Court on such weighty issues.

u/MagaAttorney2020

does this mean they are asking for a new lawsuit to be filed and for it to go straight to SSC, skipping lower courts?

4
SoNoRiko 4 points ago +4 / -0

I'm no attorney but this text does read as they would see the issue again post-haste.

I'm a layman though, would love a confirmation to see if my understanding is correct.

VA_MAGApede 4 points ago +4 / -0

I believe that is the case.

Justice Zahra wrote the following

In addition to denying the relief currently sought in this Court, I would order the most expedited consideration possible of the remaining issues. With whatever benefit such additional time allows, the trial court should meaningfully assess plaintiffs’ allegations by an evidentiary hearing, particularly with respect to the credibility of the competing affiants, as well as resolve necessary legal issues, including those identified in the separate statement of Justice VIVIANO.

Evidence.

airgag's link the evidence is cited in exhibit D

5
Wtf_socialismreally 5 points ago +5 / -0

No, no. Look at what Bannon is emphasizing.

The word evidence.

That media says there is none of.

tracking after your clarification, hard to interpret a one word post

Filetsmignon 4 points ago +4 / -0

Currently the MI Supreme Court has a 4/3 Republican majority of appointed Justices. But Justice Markman (R) retires on January 1st allowing Gov. Stretchin Gretchin (D-Commie) to appoint a replacement (but not sure what the process and timeframe is for that). So whatever is done in the MISC it needs to be done by the end of the year most likely.
