Can we confirm that there is, in fact, no such thing as an "Office of the President-Elect?"

Why is this the first I'm hearing of such an office? My dad was watching Sleepy Joe's cabinet announces on ABC (lol) and he even noticed the "office of president-elect" thing. what gives?

when did he start using it? before/after he was confirmed as president-elect? Joe Biden still hasn't even been confirmed as a legitimat pres-elect, i thought.
