I don't think this is picking on his physical traits. This is highlighting a piece of information that is unfortunate, and that he would rather not be true. If he would do this about voter fraud, I would have no problem with him.

Tim spent 3 weeks now covering fraud and all the ways in which this election was stolen.
He was very clear that his point of doubt is not about whether it was stolen, but about whether we can prove it and win it back within a system he believes to be corrupt.
He keeps pushing the 'irregularities, not fraud' angle solely because he thinks it would bypass censorship and be easier to prove.
Anyone who watched even a bit of his videos before forming their opinion would know that.
