This will never make it out of committee. Big Ag will never let this pass. They own most of the farmland, they're not giving it up willingly.

As much as I'm all for small farmers, this is just socialism, and pandering to blacks they lost this election.

Yeah, this isn't going anywhere. This is grandstanding. That is not a team of Senators who get legislation passed.
