He most certainly does.

Our blessings are due to our favor.

That doesn't mean that stretches to all individuals, but yes God most certainly does favor certain nations, and since the USA is the ONLY nation founded on guiding principles of God-given rights, with that built into our founding principles and laws, this is God's nation. We are the wildnerness of revelation meant to protect His people. This is the "new world."
