Voting rules are up to each state legistlature. The majority of States legislatures are republican controlled. I believe This bill was started after a child with cancer was forced to undergo chemo and the parents, who were in the medical industry, had no say in the matter.

The hospitals that, at last count, are running at 30% capacity. And even that is inflated because hospitals are being paid a bounty for finding COVID patients thanks to the CARES act.
At least in rapid city, our hospitals are strained due to short staffing, not a lack of beds. The short staffing came on the heels of the school board moving to say home learning instead of in person. I suspect they are linked... Like maybe nurses have to take care of their kids during the day or something now?

Voting rules are up to each state legistlature. The majority of States legislatures are republican controlled. They MUST stand up and pass stricter state voting rules to clean-up the registrations, ban vote by mail (without major safe guards), ban voting machines, mandatory 10 years in prison if you obstruct an oppointed poll watcher from counting etc/Ballot harvest/etc. It's not that hard.

The majority of states are republican controlled but as we have seen the dem governors and dem state supreme courts just allow whatever the hell they want. There is NO way PA, WI, MI and GA should have been close to in play.
That's part of trump's arguements that may go to SCOTUS. State Governors (executive branch) and state courts (legal branch) CANNOT determine or change the day and manor of elections. ONLY state legislatures can make these changes.

But,
Earlier this year a group of legislatures tried to pass a bill into law that would prohibit making any kind of medical treatment mandatory, including vaccines. I believe This bill was started after a child with cancer was forced to undergo chemo and the parents, who were in the medical industry, had no say in the matter.
Her comments on the issue disgusted me deeply, and should concern everybody who wishes her for President.
In her defense, she was pressured by the entire medical industry. Maybe she hasn't studied up on the issues. I don't know.

I found this article from February this year. It only had one quote from her in it, but considering she's against freedom of choice in this area, imo, this makes her pro forced vaccination. I wouldn't be surprised if she made it mandatory to get the covid vaccine.
