Exactly. Fuck these stupid mother fuckers. “Just doin my job” has NEVER pardoned crimes. See the Nuremberg trials! Nazi soldiers just doing their jobs!
A shredding company that looks at the papers they are shredding would be a shitty shredding company. They pick up unmarked bags and dump them into a shredder...
They were sticking out of the top of the damn bins! Cellphone pics on the other side of the parking lot picked up the contents.. That argument won't fly!
No. This would be sedition. Same punishment as treason though. The treason comes in if these people cooperated with our foreign adversaries- which they almost certainly did.
Pretty much this. There's an expectation of good faith. They've now come to suspect a client is breaking the law and they're contacting the police to review the evidence.
The FBI will probably cover it up but it's expected they'll shred whatever they're told to. At least they have names and purchase orders for who to blame for shredding evidence.
The only folks not doing their job seems to be the FBI.
not only that but they should not be reviewing the documents at all. The point of hiring a company like this is trusting them that once you hand the paper over, it's shredded. If they admit to looking at it then they've committed suicide.
Some Trump supporter working there had to know some fuckery was going on and looked before anything got shredded, maybe we'll have a few whistleblowers come out, or we already have some with the evidence.
Killing Jews is obviously wrong, whether youre just following orders or not. Shredding paper that you dont know (and legally cant know) whats on it is an everyday thing. Its the people who hired them that are criminal
The shredding company at least seems to be consistent - they apply the same standard to all clients. It's kind of hypocritical of us to be upset with them for doing exactly what we want Facebook / Twatter to do. Just provide the service, don't pick winners and losers based on what you want.
These are literally the same Socialists that led to the atrocities in Venezuela. They will have us shoved in ovens as soon as possible if they get away with this election fraud.
If the uber driver is summoned to a bank and picks two guys running out of the bank with bags of money and an alarm going off. He probably shouldnt pick them up.
The shredder had to be ordered and instructions given to where and what and when. The company knew, and the driver would have known what they were doing was wrong. Only after the fact of getting caught do they release the patriotic America bullshit. They knew and should have the receipts who ordered it. This plausible deniablity is so democrat
That's why it's ILLEGAL to destroy them for 22 months! These criminals were so anxious to steal the election they destroyed them anyways! They are entitled to millennias in Federal prison!
Damn, you’re all over these threads stinking things up with your particular brand of thinking man’s concern trolling.
Because the law says that paper ballots must be retained for 22 months after elections. End of story.
Matter of fact, you’d think a shredding company worth its salt might have some pause and look into things when the Board of Elections calls them in a tizzy, asking them to shred tons of ballot-looking papers just days after a highly publicized, controversial recount.
But I know you already know this, “MAGA” “attorney.”
Hospitals use the same service... They come around and collect what is essentially a locked trashcan, and then shred the paper before they go. These A1 guys don't sift through documents before destroying them.
This is like getting pissed off at your weekly waste-management guy because some other asshole threw away some evidence.
The Nazi soldiers and SS guards used this excuse, then were led to the gallows after being found guilty. It didn’t work for the Nazis, it won’t work for them.
I contacted them a few days ago and let them know that we at the donald.win caught them shredding Trump ballots. I’m sure they’ve received tons of calls and emails with the same message. They are scared because they were caught.
The rights of the person owning the document is surely violated in various state and fed laws
They should serve consecutive lifeterms with what they did knowingly. Concealing evidence is btw. evidence of wrongdoing.
Uhhhh maybe hire better staff? The guy rolling the trash bin out should have raised a red flag. But aside from that... did this company's LEGAL department simply not foresee cases like these, where they may be asked to shred evidence?? Dumbasses that deserve to go down with the ship.
GA officials: we shredded the evidence.
FBI: just once?
GA: nah, 3 or 4 times.
FBI: okay we'll take it from here (to the creamatorium across from Four Seasons Landscaping in PA)
Shredding companies pick up unmarked bags and shred all the papers inside without looking at them. They just dump the bags into a massive industrial shredder and that's it. It's confidential by design.
It would be a mistake to start villainizing this company.
Yea, this whole "they're freaking out! Must be guilty!" business is really stupid. I'd be shitting bricks if my company ended up involved in a situation like this even if we were 100% innocent.
The problem with peoples comments such as yours is that is obvious you guys didnt see the picture. It was trash cans over flowing with ballots/envelopes
The bins were overflowing that its even likely that some envelopes fell on the ground that they had to pick up
Literally impossible for the employee to not have seen what he was handling unless he was blindfolded
You could argue that picking up documents from an election facility during an on-going election which is currently under both investigation and an audit is criminal activity. Someone had to sign the receipts. This company deserves in every way to be villainized.
Did you see the video? No locked containers, no concealed papers. Literally trash cans overflowing with ballots. Impossible they didn’t see what it was.
Where did you find this image? I would like to see if there is an original so it can be clear to others when I send it that it's tied to the shredding.
Yeah. Plain as day on that one. Only if the guy picking it up was like "Eh? ... Fuck it".
And here's the other thing: why was the bin unlocked? Every one of those things I've seen has an embedded barrel lock in it (in this case a pad lock) for confidentiality. I'm pretty sure only the shredding company will have the keys for them; looks like it was left locked, but unfettered.
This is not how business is supposed to be done for shredders. That bin should have been locked instead of left unlocked, and the employee responsible for pickup should not have accepted it in that condition. Upon arrival at A1's facility it should have been unlocked and dumped directly into the shredder.
I don't necessarily think the company itself is to blame for any of this, except for (at a minimum) needing to set up better procedures and training to avoid this kind of thing. The employees themselves probably had no idea if those ballots were real or if they were just blank, unsent ballots—and honestly, neither do we. My instincts say that those were probably not blanks, and this was fraud all the way, but that doesn't mean the company was a party to the fraud.
They're supposed to be locked. If a shredding company is operating the way it's supposed to they shouldn't be accepting bins in that condition and employees should never lay eyes on the contents, except from a distance.
So several things are wrong here. A1 has some definite procedural issues but that doesn't mean the company itself or its employees are complicit in fraud. For those employees who did see ballots, unless they saw filled-out ballots they might have thought it was a stack of blanks. And if they did see filled-out ballots, they'd be put in a very difficult position where they'd be breaking the rules of their job if they reported it.
I'm pretty sure if you saw something that's not up to company standards you are supposed to report it otherwise you will be responsible for breaking procedures. If the bins are supposed to be locked and they weren't that's already breaking the rules and they should not have proceeded further.
The thing is, if it is proven that they were given ballots to shred, this is in our favor. Destroying evidence implies guilt and judges will see it that way. Of course the judges could look the other way or be paid off or threatened, but in terms of evidence, them releasing this statement is a good thing regardless of whether or not they're just covering their own asses.
Yep, they should have notified authorities before shredding everything. I can't figure out if the election officials were really that brazen or if they're just too stupid to realize that this would make things look even worse for them.
I agree, but I’m old enough to remember when Hillary Clinton literally smashed devices with a hammer and it didn’t imply guilt for her. We must keep pushing.
It might be possible to prove there are ballots in the shredded material. That doesn't mean the company did anything wrong, since if they were doing their jobs right they should have no idea what's going into the shredder.
"Hello, thank you for contacting the Federal bureau of investigation. Your criminal matter is important to us. Please hold. You're expected wait time is 10 years."
"Welcome to the FBI. If you require "investigations", press the yellow button. If you want a hand job, press the blue button. Welcome to the FBI. We love you."
If there was a picture of a noose on one paper, there would be such a flood of agents there in 2 minutes, it would immobilize the rest of the agency completely. Sounds like a good idea actually.
I am using Duck duck and yandex[russian- but they don't censor USA searches]. This would be a great nitch for a conservative- owned search engine- that doesn't block info- or hire communists to make sure everyone has the same thoughts
Is this the place where the police showed up... jjuuuuuussstttt a little too late to stop the crime? And now a waste disposal company shows up and has a fancy writer do a press announcement for them. What city has an independent waste disposal company that isn't tied to the mob?
And by all over it, you mean all the FBI is already over the fact this was reported, and has moved on to the potential noose some 6 year old accidentally tied to their playset.
To put in other terms: "Hey, we just empty the dumpsters. We can't tell you there are or are not human bodies in there because we don't look at anything." -some guy named "Tony," probably.
What's interesting about this statement is that it is completely unnecessary, unless you are trying to get in front of something. The paper shredding company is akin to a garbage collector, with no duty to inspect or know what's in the "trash" they are collecting. If you throw evidence in a trash can, the collector isn't going to be arrested or charged with destruction of evidence.
What this means is the shredding company was in the know somehow, and that there is evidence they knew what they would be shredding.
What this means is the shredding company was in the know somehow
Not necessarily. What could have happened is that they shredded the document first, not realizing what they were, and then after seeing what was going on on social media, and putting 2 and 2 together, they got worried that they may have been duped into participating in a crime.
Even if they figure it out after the fact that they may have been duped, there's no criminal liability in that scenario. Most crimes have an intent at time of crime component (knowingly, willingly, intentionally, wanton disregard), which you don't have in the after the fact scenario. Now, I don't know enough about the ballot procedures, so maybe you get criminal liability out of ignorance of the law (doing something illegal, not knowing it is illegal). I just see statements like these as javelin catching, which innocent people usually don't make.
This could also be a state difference, as here we have cases dealing with these common carrier entities and liability.
Totally natural to shred thousands of ballots just weeks after a contentious election, even though federal law dictates that they must be held for 22 weeks after. CNN assured me that this was a secure election!
They called the SOS and FBI before shredding. After that they were following instructions, something to the effect of "Do your job and don't ask questions."
I have heard that it is possible to recover shredded documents using some fancy high tech. Anyone heard this before? I accidentally shredded some Hunter Biden evidence and would like to make sure nobody can recover it.
I worked for a shredding company. I def knew what I was shredding. Even after it’s been shredded I could tell where the paper was from. (Hospitals, lawyers office, etc.). Ballots would be easy to identify.
Shaddap traitor. You sent your truck to a polling facility, like you do every year. If you didn't know what was up it means you are glued to CNN. I call bullshit and I don't give a shit what happens to his "family business"
"We contacted the guy that is involved in the fraud and a government agency that has proven itself to be compromised to help determine the appropriate path moving forward"
That video was shit by the way, nobody could confirm what was happening in it or if they were even outside of a critical election facility. Now that they released this statement it actually confirms something underhanded might have actually been taking place.
I used to work for one of these companies as a truck driver / shredder. We had special security dumpsters that we leased out to businesses around town that only we had the keys too. When the box was full we would drive on over to the business, hook the dumpster up to our truck, unlock the box and press a button. The whole dumpster goes inside the box and destroys everything leaving no evidence and the dumpster comes back out. You put the padlock back on and carry on with your day. Never once did I see any personal information, or have any idea what kind of information I was getting rid off. So in that regard these people are telling the truth, they probably didn't know what they were shredding.
"We don't know the contents of what we're shredding" Sounds legit... Call: "We need you at the polling station to shred 100,000 pieces of paper asap..." You probably guessed what it was.
Sorry ignorance isn't a defense.
But. Let's count those paper ballots, and throw out the ones without signatures. Thanks A1....
Hand over the receipts of who asked for this shredding to take place.
"Well, who saw it?"
"Nobody. Here at A 1, we also shred our eyeballs."
Something stronger; Feinstein and Pelosi 69'ing.

But... was there a garage door pull involved?
Obviously not - there would be at least a dozen agents on premise.
The FBI was called in to go after the people who discovered the problem.
The only reason the FBI exists is to show up at the behest of the Rats and persecute the victims.
Where on earth is O’ Keefe?
Conveniently talked to the FBI before, during, and after the shred job
FBI: Feed shredded material through shredder backwards. That should reassemble it.

Buttfart88, you need to brush up on the Nuremberg trials if you believe that
You know these guys just shred paper right
I'm laughing so hard at this comment string. It's bad that these ballots are getting shredded but this particular string is really hilarious.

Legally they'd need because they can become accomplices in things like election fraud. Funny how ambiguous laws are, isn't it!
Actually no. But that would be nice, then I would’ve known what the fbi, cia, & DHS were shredding at the shredding business I work for.

Sometimes it's bags, sometimes the secure services wheel locked bins out and replace them with new, empty bins. It's hard to say what happened here.

Shredding companies don't pick up material from trash cans. They pick it up from locked bins that have a small opening for paper to be inserted into.
https://www.bitchute.com/video/g4yf1n4OShmo/
Anything you’d like to add to your stupid comment?
u/redstampede is correct in that the shredding companies have strict rules about how and what they collect.
What happened in this video appears to be against the usual policy. Note I do not use A-1 but the company I do use is quite strict about this.
What is up with all of you replying BS like this when there are fucking pictures of the bins. They werent locked. They were overflowing with ballots
Link to evidence of bins of ballots clearly overflowing so lazy asses stop acting like literal photo evidence doesnt exist https://www.bitchute.com/video/g4yf1n4OShmo/

And our elections are supposed to be fair. But here we are.
lol! They were on video wheeling out a bin literally overflowing with absentee ballots!

The thing is, if it is proven that they were given ballots to shred, this is in our favor. Destroying evidence implies guilt and judges will see it that way. Yep, they should have notified authorities before shredding everything. I can't figure out if the election officials were really that brazen or if they're just too stupid to realize that this would make things look even worse for them.
They would rather be found guilty of "oops" destroying evidence than have evidence of conspiracy to defraud the election. See Clinton, Hillary (2016).
The FBI will get right on this.
Deleted scene from Idiocracy.
That movie just keeps on being horribly predictive.
Federal bureau of matters
Tell them you thought you saw a noose in the shredder. 15 man team will show up in an hour.
I think I saw a noose being shredded.
They contacted the last two entities I'd trust with this
Yea right after they figure out how both of Epstein's security cameras and guards were MIA. Same with the media.
If you want immediate action, please prove this matter involves racism or bigotry.
Well, the ballots were white.
So in light of that they will extra ignore this incident.
To be fair...they’ve also had to deal with the rising threat from Asian white supremacy
If there was a picture of a noose on one paper, there would be such a flood of agents there in 2 minutes, it would immobilize the rest of the agency completely. Sounds like a good idea actually.

Hmmm that would make sense. Anyone got a better option?
No body, no crime. It's been done.
"So in your words, what happened?"
"They called us to shred some stuff, we shredded it without invading privacy, and we got attacked on social media."
"OK."
"We contacted the people who said it was ok"
And indeed, they and CNN said it was ok
Why would they contact the FBI or any department of the Ga. Sec. of State? FOOLS!
They want reassurance that they wont be thrown under the bus for the election fraud they participated in with the SOS and FBI.
They know they're accomplices in well over 100k Federal crimes.
THEY CONTACTED Raffensperger!!!!!!!!!!! ARE YOU DUMB! Thats the last we'll ever see of those ballots.
Aren’t there laws that clearly state that you need to keep these ballots for a period of time??!
EDIT: The FBI ain’t doing shit
Yes, they need to be kept for 22 months.
Damn ... People are gonna have a lot of questions that they don’t answers to 🙂

FBI: You shouldn't have shredded those ballots. You were supposed to burn them instead.
Also FBI: No wait, global warming. Let me call Barry for a decision ...
"People who don't speak out about these things don't have bad things happen to them."
This teeny little press release from a company you've never heard of before is actually pretty significant.
The fbi is all over it.
And by all over it, you mean all the FBI is already over the fact this was reported, and has moved on to the potential noose some 6 year old accidentally tied to their playset.
No doubt trying to establish motive.....
Plausible deniability
Not necessarily. What could have happened is that they shredded the document first, not realizing what they were, and then after seeing what was going on on social media, and putting 2 and 2 together, they got worried that they may have been duped into participating in a crime.
They might be completely innocent here.
I honestly don't think they'd tell some random dickweed employee one of the biggest secrets in history that he could quickly sell to the other side
'errr hello, mid league shredding company, we've got some black ops for you to do'
How would they not know? One picture posted by Lin Wood shows a bin with papers clearly labled in bold font "BALLOTS".
Was it filmed?
Totally natural to shred thousands of ballots just weeks after a contentious election, even though federal law dictates that they must be held for 22 weeks after. CNN assured me that this was a secure election!
Well don’t call the FBI. For fuck sake you’d think people were paying attention by now.
They called the SOS and FBI before shredding. After that they were following instructions, something to the effect of "Do your job and don't ask questions."
As if they mailed it to me.
The good ol' Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996. ;)
High Insurance Prices Please All
You win. /end
I have heard that it is possible to recover shredded documents using some fancy high tech. Anyone heard this before? I accidentally shredded some Hunter Biden evidence and would like to make sure nobody can recover it.
paSSw0rd
we can hope!
KEK KEK KEK KEK <——- this one KEK KEK
I worked for a shredding company. I def knew what I was shredding. Even after it’s been shredded I could tell where the paper was from. (Hospitals, lawyers office, etc.). Ballots would be easy to identify.
"contacted the FBI"... Mistake #1
Someone realized they were ballots after they were shredded, but because of the legality of being a shredding company, can't say so publicly.
Interesting.
Oh now that's interesting.
.... you called the bad guys for help.
Where is the statement from Cobb County?
Oh great the FBI will handle it! They might have been using the shredder! LOL
That they called for the FBM’s help (to cover up what they did) tells us everything we need to know.
That's like saying, "We've been accused of human sacrifice so we've contacted Satan to discuss the best path moving forward."
Peculiar sentence. Is the subject 'We' or 'an American owned business'? It seems that it should either read:
Full marks for the Oxford comma in either case.
Lol. I'm old school and I still use the comma before the 'and'.
I can read and right cursive too... there is whole generation that can't, very sad.
I'm teaching my grands now. :).
A1 you sold your country out, you weren't just doing your job, you were breaking the law for a few bucks, and it's a going trend.
Shaddap traitor. You sent your truck to a polling facility, like you do every year. If you didn't know what was up it means you are glued to CNN. I call bullshit and I don't give a shit what happens to his "family business"
This is just clever PR.
FBI is on this guys, nothing to worry about! As long as a garage pull is somehow involved that is..
FBI: uh huh, uh huh , uh huh, uh huh, we'll get right on that
zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
I used to work for one of these companies as a truck driver / shredder. We had special security dumpsters that we leased out to businesses around town that only we had the keys too. When the box was full we would drive on over to the business, hook the dumpster up to our truck, unlock the box and press a button. The whole dumpster goes inside the box and destroys everything leaving no evidence and the dumpster comes back out. You put the padlock back on and carry on with your day. Never once did I see any personal information, or have any idea what kind of information I was getting rid off. So in that regard these people are telling the truth, they probably didn't know what they were shredding.
This. As someone somewhat close to the situation, A1 isn’t who we need to be going after.
What I heard reading this....
"I VAZ OHNLY FOLLOWINK OHRDERZ!".
Is there a link to this anywhere?
