Whereas the Election of November 3rd, 2020, was Stolen,

Whereas a number of seats in the House of Representatives and in the Senate were similarly stolen in the election of November, 2018,

Whereas a number of State offices were similarly stolen in the election of November, 2018,

Whereas we have reason to believe a number of Congressional seats and State offices have been stolen in similar manners since 2006 (inclusive),

Resolved:

that We the People are being taxed and ruled without proper Representation in the government of the United States of America and in some of her Several States;
that We the People shall meet in Convention of States at the earliest possible date in 2021 to consider a Plan for the Restoration of the Constitution of the United States of America, and for the Reformation of the government of the United States of America and its Several States.

It doesn't have to be that the State governments are represented themselves directly.

We start by scheduling such a thing. Get Noem and DeSantis to get started. Start with two States, add Texas and Oklahoma, work up from there.

1776 didn't start in 1776. It started years earlier. It took years to go from grumbling dissatisfaction to a Declaration of Independence. The representatives who went to the Congresses of those years were not lawful in the crown's view, were they.
