Whereas the Election of November 3rd, 2020, was Stolen,

Whereas a number of seats in the House of Representatives and in the Senate were similarly stolen in the election of November, 2018,

Whereas a number of State offices were similarly stolen in the election of November, 2018,

Whereas we have reason to believe a number of Congressional seats and State offices have been stolen in similar manners since 2006 (inclusive),

Resolved:

• that We the People are being taxed and ruled without proper Representation in the government of the United States of America and in some of her Several States;

• that We the People shall meet in Convention of States at the earliest possible date in 2021 to consider a Plan for the Restoration of the Constitution of the United States of America, and for the Reformation of the government of the United States of America and its Several States.
