They threw away all the envelopes to all mail-ins from Philly. Totally illegal. Totally co-mingled now

What was Justice Alito's ruling on PA and ballots that needed to be set aside? Legitimately asking cos I can't find it through useless compromised Google.

When you don't allow observers for those votes they become illegal. They cannot be audited because they were mail-in votes and the envelopes were trashed. Without the envelopes you cannot verify signatures. Thus, there is only one solution, throw them out.
