Think that definitely goes to McCain. In his last re-election he campaigned on 1 thing and 1 thing only; to repeal Obamacare, regardless of whether there was a replacement plan in place or not. He not only refused to do it when he actually was the deciding vote, he made a show of it.
That isn't even mentioning his connections to certain Middle Eastern people that would later be high ranking members of groups like ISIS and the White Helmets.
