Ahhh of course it’s in Carson.

Here’s a rundown of the play for you here: the vast majority of people who matter and decided the election thanks to the way they set up Nevada is that the votes are consolidated in Las Vegas. To get to Carson, we’d all have to do the equivalent of driving from one corner to the other on a freeway they’ve kept as mostly two-lane forever. Meanwhile, Sisolak’s people (and more importantly the ones who make up the black bloc mobs) are all the upper-crust privileged who already live there.

So that means they'll probably get some hard left judge, eh? In fact, that might be why the hearing isn't sooner: they're being stalled already.

Yes? No? What do you think?

Probably, the issue is that right before we had Sisolak we had Sandoval who was very much a RINO who stalled GOP plays while approving Dem regulations.

Thanks to a lot of redistribution, a lot of normal working class people basically live in areas where it’s harder to get to voting or protests (especially because government buildings here in Vegas are almost all spaced miles away from each other). Most of the old guard like the Goodmans have retreated to Downtown and surprise, most of the BLM protestors and destruction focused exclusively on that part of town, leaving the mansions and strip alone.

Also, like I said, the Reno (and by extension Carson City) to Las Vegas highway is a ridiculous almost single strip, two-driver lane that will get clogged if a lot of us go to protest. Meanwhile, thanks to email, all of the government buildings can communicate easily despite being so spaced out.

Sounds like a stall for time. They shouldn’t have to wait so long
