There some definitely questioning it though. My grandparents who I live with stopped watching fox, I don’t know how they found Oan but they have switched over to it. My grandma has to have me switch the channels for her if it’s only me and her at home my Gramps has the smarts to call and ask me if he needs something and knows how to operate the tv and computer but doesn’t have social media.

I do have to say something that really hit me hard today.
There's so much false information out there that it's a constant battle to separate truth from fiction. Over the last year I've learned not to trust social media or the fact checkers at ALL. With the covid crap it became a struggle to know what to believe, but I knew enough about biology to be able to sort it out for myself. When the media did the weird Stepford Wife switch three weeks ago, it was so freaky.
Today I had some really horrible, outlandish information... and I had nobody to look to for clarification. I had no touchstone with reality.
I've watched the covid crap devolve into a surreal hellscape. I've watched dozens of familiar faces gush about The Great Reset. I've watched 'reliable sources' talk about the necessity of a vaccine before we can live again and I know enough to know for a fact that this is all bullshit.
But where do you go when you don't know enough about a subject to figure it out for yourself? Who the hell do you trust.
It was a sickening feeling. I don't think I've ever felt so alone in my life.
