Well, what would happen, if you have the same guy who exposed the fraud, reform the election process back to paper ballots, secure election process........? This guy would be so much more popular, the earth would explode from the MAGA energy.

Fraud existed in the times of the founders; they placed safeguards into the constitution precisely for this reason. If the Supreme Court fails to uphold the rule of law, and gives no consequences for criminality and no remedy for those who were wronged, then our constitution is truly dead.

I'll piggyback off this response of yours to reply to you in my other post here. I do not have a higher tolerance of tyranny, I have a higher desire for stability at this time until we come to a position where the federal government can be safely reduced to a manageable size and we are governed, state-by-state locally again (I believe my dream, long-held, is now inevitable).

However, I will say this: if SCOTUS is derelict as u/Langtath suggests might occur, then all bets are off and we will inevitably slide towards a second civil war.

I think the covid hoax is what showed that the constitution has become absolutely meaningless to a lot of people in government.

Fellow Libertarian, vehemently disagree.

We are a nation of men ruled by law, and that law is SOURCED IN THE GOVERNED. I explained this to an American monarchist (a bit of an oddity but a respectable debater), it is the view of most Americans that a single monarch or dictator, or anything against our democracy for that matter, is unacceptable.

The Constitution is not destroyed. It is raped, broken, brutalized and defiled in the worst possible way by this whole situation (and as someone who studies law, it is nothing short of heartbreaking), but still not destroyed. It is the People who give the Constitution its power, and as we show here, the People are still very much fighting. Unfortunately many have betrayed that, which is why we must fight all the harder.

The principles of the Constitution are beyond political and ideological wars. It sets out a system of government built to be the most revolutionary of its time. The Constitution, in form, is an instruction manual for the start of the greatest country you can have. In spirit, it is far more, and in spirit it also can not be destroyed.

The Bill of Rights required, and still requires, struggle and strife to be effective upon us as our government. Without the struggle for their recognition EVERY DAY, as we do here under the 1A for example, those rights would have been ignored by the government 100 years ago if they could. We have struggled primarily within the "civilized warfare" of politics, without bloodshed. But we also have had moments of civility broken, as Sumner's skull was by Brooks' cane that fateful day in 1856. It was that moment that breakdown of reasoned discourse was evident, and violence turned into the Civil War. One spark, one instance of Brooks giving into hatred by means of physical violence, rather than spitting venomous words. And within only a short couple of years, the blood of fratricidal brothers stained half our country. Even now, we have not healed from that divide, obviously.

By calling what you call for, you seek justification for an easy solution, and a solution you know full-well would be violent. To encourage the further breakdown of our civility is an immoral thing. And in that vein, I must disagree.

Law and order will prevail including our constitution. Otherwise we have nothing but chaos and war.

Not in the context of our current reality, constitution and the US. Maybe in an abstract general sense your statement is accurate, but not in the current context. How much freedom would you have if lawlessness and chaos were rampant? You would be too occupied with basic survival to enjoy the freedoms we currently have.

Do you believe? Are you Christian? Freedom of religion? This discussion betrays the topic itself that freedom is chaos. Language is possible through rules and order which gives you the freedom to exchange ideas and opinions. How would you speak without order? Not through chaos.
