Regarding that last item (Emory University): their website has an entire page that details how students can go about getting ballots and voting. One thing that stuck out was that it is apparently legal there to request an absentee ballot by filling out the form, taking a pic, and then emailing said pic to the elections board. Might that provide a good avenue for FOIA requests? Since college students are one of the most likely categories of people to vote in multiple states, it seems like it could be a promising avenue of investigation. The exact text to which I'm referring is this:
"However you get your form, once you have it, fill it out with info exactly matching your voter registration, provide your temporary mailing address, sign it by hand, and mail it to your county elections office (or take a clear picture or scan and attach it to an email)."
Also check 4380 Memorial Drive in DeKalb - that's the Voter's Registration office. Those people that the left hires to get people registered on the MARTA that don't live in DeKalb County still have them sign up & then put in the Voter's Registration office address. I used to ride the MARTA every day and saw it happen all the time before 2016 & 2018 elections.
