Biden won an all time low number of counties, under performed Hillary in almost every major city except those in swing states, but somehow outperformed Obama in total votes...sure, makes sense.
Kind of drowning in headlines, but also pretty sure this is true:
--And of only select cities, in those swing states ... they didn't always have overwhelming turnout/go for Biden insanely. That ONLY happened on election night. After they were withholding their results. Until they knew what they needed.
