Just make sure you say religious or ADA exemption from the get go.

The problem I see with companies forcing it is liability. I think they will try to get it forced via the states so the can say they aren’t forcing you, the government is.

It needs to be legally challenged at every level. The constitution doesn't get put on pause just because it is convenient for politicians or pharma.

What if you already had it and recovered? But they demand medical records? HIPPA violation? Meh, it was all the rage pre-pandemic

It'll be interesting to see how that plays out. My bet is they will say something about getting it twice and antibodies Yada Yada. Then, write down your request was based on preference not religious or ADA, giving them grounds to fire you.

My wife works for Ascension Hospital network, and she was told if you want to work here you will take the virus vaccine, NO if's, and's or but's!

Not a lawyer, but people have won cases against hospital systems for mandatory flu vaccines (examples in article) that didn't allow for religious and ADA exemptions. If you're in a red state, you might win in court.
