Sidney Powel will be filing a case on Ga. Tomorrow. Her case which is filed independently from the Trump campaign will detail the breakdown of integrity and flat out corruption in the electronic Voting and tabulation systems. - Election Tampering Conspiracy. This case on its own has little chance of being forwarded to the Supreme Court in time to kick the State certifications out.
The Trump Campaign is attacking this from another tangent.. Their cases are focusing on issues in the battleground states of local tampering through individuals and actions that will point to a larger conspiracy. The Trump Campaign cases will get forwarded to the Supreme Court in time to make a difference - Those cases on their own will possibly not be big enough to make the difference.
The Supreme Court when considering the cases brought by the Trump Campaign can bring forward the case brought by Sidney Powell as it directly relates to the case before them and consider the evidence she presents in her case..
Possible remedies -
Toss the complete election out = Goes to house and Trump wins. (not likely).
Toss the early mail in results from the States that changed the rules without going through their legislatures = Goes to house and Trump Wins (Not likely - because they mixed the mail ins with the regular ballots making it impossible to pull just those votes)
Toss the results from the districts identified as having election fuckery take place. = Trump wins with an overwhelming majority of electoral votes.
The key is Sidney's case - when you combine it with the evidence Trumps team is gathering it presents an overwhelming argument that an organized conspiracy exists that attempted to steal the election from the people. SCOTUS has no choice but to rule in a way that prevents the theft.
The other angle is that if an fair election is found to have not occurred, then it is the state legislatures who dictate their slate of electors.

it's so crazy to me that the process could be so fucked up, where they ignored a judges order, that they would just toss their hands up and say, whelp they did what I asked them not to do, oh well, give it to Biden :P idk.
However I do not think SCOTUS will have the balls to toss votes from entire states.. I can see them tossing individual precincts .. the precincts they toss would be big blue cheat centers... Trump gets the states electors and Trump Wins.
Wish it was that easy, appears they started feeding in some of the mail in ballot numbers as the evening progressed, and to complicate matters further I've been told that some of the precincts hadn't reported day of election numbers in when they stopped the counting to work in the steal. Situation is so fucked up the best possible answer (in my opinion) is to toss the states involved, leave neither candidate with 270 electoral votes and let it go to the next step in the constitutional process .. House & Senate.
