Even if they DID have inside access to this information from a leak, it wouldn't be admissable in court, because they wouldn't be able to cite the source to prove it.
Sure, he can access the information easier, but he doesn't have any RIGHTS to access anything that we don't. He can go to court and request a subpoena, or petition the government to release something, but he can't just go out and get classified info or anything like that.

I just dont see how this story of a server that may or may not have been seized by good guys or bad guys that may or may not say that Trump won 410 EC votes moves the ball closer to the end zone. If anyone has any clear insight as to how it does and would care to explain it to me rather than downvoting me I would be very very happy to hear it. It might be very useful once Trump is securely in his second term when it comes time to holding people criminally accountable. But unless the server can be boxed up and shipped to a courtroom to be shown to a judge in the next couple of weeks, its useless. I think we need to focus on the more boring, mundane grunt work of slogging the cases through the courts and up to SCOTUS as quickly as possible. That is indeed the paramount and most time constrained effort for POTUS.
Powell's and Wood's efforts? They seem to be tilted more towards the criminal aspect of the fraud. Whether they are blowing smoke to rattle the nest, or whether they have the actual goods, criminal cases take a much longer time to assemble and develop. The president is the supreme authority on classified information and can disclose ANYTHING to ANYONE at his sole discretion.
