Am I saying the servers WEREN'T seized? No. I'm just saying that NOBODY other than military of government agencies actually know. This kind of information is NOT accessable by the general public. Even if they DID have inside access to this information from a leak, it wouldn't be admissable in court, because they wouldn't be able to cite the source to prove it.
He's not legally cleared to be able to receive that type of information, though. He's not a government official, so he doesn't have the security clearance. Rudy is also a citizen (although, he MAY have some clearance due to working with Trump. He's his PERSONAL attorney, though. I'm not sure how exactly that works with him not being a government employee) I'm not sure if Flynn has clearance still, due to all the shit he's been out through. He also has a gag order, so there's stuff he can't say.
That's doesn't keep people from GIVING him info, but he wouldn't be able to present it in court.
These are unusual circumstances, though. People MAY be bending the rules a bit, due to the stakes. However, I'm not sure if they would do anything to jeopardize any of the court cases. Were going up against a lot of activist judges. They would look for ANYTHING could find against any if the cases, if strict procedures aren't followed.
But, MOST IMPORTANTLY... if he had this information, and it was genuine, and he was GOING to use it. He wouldn't just be tweeting this shit out...
