i may be wrong, but since he actually ran in the election he is one of the few people who should have no problem proving standing which was the bit on which most of the other lawsuits got tossed.

He has personal injury and since he is not going for presidential race, the possible margin of 'irregularity' he would need to prove for it to be significant enough to turn the race.

When Trump's campaign tries to sue in Michigan, they have to prove that the fraud they are alleging might impact 160,000 votes in order for the lawsuit to not get thrown out.

Parnell's election was off by 9000. So he is in way better position to make this attack.
