How's he do it? I have heard through a couple outlets over the course of the last couple weeks that SCOUTS has trump's PA case in their queue and could have heard it 2 weeks- since the 4/4 split and since Alito made his statement about PA needing to separate the post-election day ballots.
Mark levin keeps continually blaming Chief Cuckstice Roberts, but everything I read on t3h gO0glEz says that any 4 justices can nominate to hear a case. From what I read the chief justice has no control over what's heard. He's just another vote to hear the case or not.
Is this correct, or is levin STUPIDLY not explaining this? I say stupidly because if there is something that prevents the court from hearing the case due to chief cuckstice roberts, levin should be explaining it because he parrots it 4 times each night his show. We're not all constitutional lawyers.
If chief cuckstice roberts is just another vote and SCOTUS has a trump case they're able to hear why do you think they're not?
A couple thoughts: 1.) This makes me wonder if they'll cuck out and lose their gumption like every other "Republican" has so far.
2.) I think Amy Coney Barrett deserves more flak for recusing herself from the 1st PA case. Do you think a liberal justices would have done that? HELL NO Our side is always playing by the rules and bending over backwards to show their moral purity and how ethical they are.
Levin is blaming cuckstice roberts 4x/night on his show, but we all know where chief cuckstice roberts stands. What was more note worthy was ACB's behavior.
Roberts is a known factor. How many cucks could chief cuckstice cuck if a chief cuckstice could cuck cucks?
It will get there. But will it get there on time?
Under budget and ahead of schedule baby. A smooooth transition. 😎
As cases are appealed it heads up the chain. SCOTUS is inevitable.
Barrett wasn’t even seated for this vote, so lay off that one.
Levin is calling out Roberts because as others have stated, he chose to vote no on taking it up, deadlocking the court at 4-4 and therefore unable to hear arguments.
His reasoning was that since the initial change to voting regulations came from the PA Supreme Court it was a state issue and the SCOTUS therefore had no standing to hear the arguments, which is a weak position.
There’s only Roberts to blame. Had he sided with the other four conservatives, Thomas, Alita, Gorsuch, and Kavanaugh it would have been heard and those PA rules tossed out.
Levin is on the money with this one.
Because Roberts was part of the 4 No votes
Ah. Was that chief cuckstice? None of the articles I ever read discussed who over saw that. I should have known it WASN'T trump because then we would have seen all kinds of stories, "REEEEEEEEEEEEEE! the evil racist fascist is using his rigged, illegitimate court to save him and subvert democracy. "
