Likely 1030-11, yes. When those numbers were at 90 to 95 percent reporting, around midnight, and trump was up hundreds of thousands of votes (in Wisconsin and Michigan they claimed that total included the bluest counties, btw) it seemed like it was go time.
Then lots of bullshit started happened and still is, and in a way, it's go time still, but a different type of go.
The numbers were close to this until well after midnight, until after 3am EST.
