I believe you are correct. I'm new to MN so my boyfriend told me all about that...he said he wasn't surprised the democrat-instated rule was overturned by the judge as it wasn't a good one to begin with. That being said, I heard that Angie Craig was losing her mind at the prospect of a special election where she wouldn't be an incumbent 😂 I guess she didn't care about the memory of Wellstone afterall???
