I'm noticing that not many people are getting to the nuts and bolts of how the SCOTUS is going to actually prevent this massive fraud succeeding in creating the greatest scandal in US history.
It is pretty straight forward. Remember the court has to write up a decision that sticks to the constitution and or precedent. It can't be like, say, the Roe v. Wade decision which is a dog's breakfast. This 2020 event is literally an existential threat to the SCOTUS. They MUST act.

Bush v Gore in 2000 already established the precedent that if one precinct is doing more to "accept" ballots than others, then those extra counted "dimpled chad" ballots are to be tossed out. We have been hearing about polling stations staying open later in some precincts; curing ballots in some precincts; and failing to verify signatures in some precincts. In all of these cases only the specific "In on the Steal" precincts were doing these things. Not in others. All of these ballots with "special handling" must be identified and tossed, or, if the precincts admit they obfuscated the paper trail of these differently counted ballots then the entire precinct votes will be tossed. How could any other decision be made and adhere to the 2000 precedent?

In every case of ballot fraud that has been reported, the Left was violating the established election process laws on the books for each state. For example, extending the ballot counting deadline. Their rationale was that the governors have the authority due to C19. Well. They don't. There is no "pandemic clause" to the constitution. Every single process that went against established laws set by the state legislatures will be shown to have resulted in spoilt results. Long story short, that means that basically all of the mail in ballets and absentee ballots will either have to be properly vetted and the vast majority tossed out due to violation of state laws or, more likely, because the Left will claim these ballots harvested from suspect sources are now "lost in the system" all of the mail in/absentee ballots not explicitly shown to have been lawful (i.e., none of them) will have to be tossed out.
This is why Trump encouraged people to vote in person. In person votes are going to be honored. The absentee and mail in ballots will get tossed because the left purposefully obfuscated the chain of custody that went into their vetting and therefore, none can now be verified.
Due to the 14th amendment (equal protection), this means every state in the union must come back with the verification that they followed their state laws pertaining to vetting mail in ballots (signature verification, time stamp of receiving the ballot, cross checking against dead and moved away voter rolls). After all, you can't verify laws are being followed in just one state and not the rest for a national federal election now can you. The Left knows that they quite purposefully flouted the law and put absolutely no auditing/verification process in place when they processed all these monopoly money mail ballots. As a result, all of THOSE ballots must be tossed as well.
When the dust settles we will be looking at a 400+ electoral landslide for Trump. The Right will be able to clearly understand the rationale for WHY all these mail in and absentee ballots must be tossed. The Left will understand as well, but they will choose to pretend not to. This was all part of their war gaming pre election. They knew Trump would win. They knew Trump would appeal to the SCOTUS to stop the steal . They know that their plan now is to put in place still 4 more years of "not my president."
Frankly I can't see how these cases turn out any other way. Laws were not just clearly broken but gleefully and condescendingly broken in the name of C19. How can the SCOTUS rule any other way than to enforce existing law? The SCOTUS has to defend their turf set by marbury v madison. If they do not, and let rogue Lefty governors steamroll them, they are finished.
I honestly hope this is how it plays out but will be honest when I say I don't know if it will. I'm not a doomer and have faith but like I think many other pedes, would just like and honest and realistic outlook on what the future most likely holds. I guess we'll see, will be praying.
