ATF is saying that 23 of SB Tactical's braces are actually stocks, so using one on your AR pistol makes it an SBR. The ATF has already colluded with Biden on going after pistol braces and 80% lowers. IMO, 80% lowers are gonna be reclassified as firearms (probably shortly before a UBC law is rammed through congress) before they get to banning all the braces.
