It may be useful to categorize the election theft issues for the benefit of those working on court cases or presentations to canvassing boards and legislatures.
Roughly there's two types of issues:
-
procedural issues where the facts are easy enough to establish or already established
-
the kinds of issues that require a lot of analysis and digging, then court cases to establish as fact.
My list of all of these that come to mind as I write this includes:
-
No observers allowed in contravention to the law and court orders can only mean one thing: ballot stuffing. The law breaking demonstrated in those cases is astounding, established fact (that is, findings in court cases/orders), and enough to win critical court cases (if only, and only if the courts do the right thing).
-
The absentee and mail-in ballot envelope destruction. Destroy what we need to check after the fact equals you're cheating.
-
The ballot destruction. Same.
-
All the signature non-verification.
-
The Georgia recounts where the new counts are thrown out and ignored in favor of the originals in all cases.
-
The precincts with well over 100% turnout, sometimes 350%!
-
The exceedingly unlikely breakdown of Biden vs Trump votes in the above.
-
All the dead voters. All the voters who moved out of State but got voted for anyways / voted anyways. All the people who voted multiple times or got voted for multiple times.
-
All the voters with mailing addresses that are not residential.
-
The fact that most of the above happened in just a handful of precincts and counties and produced just the right number of votes for Biden.
-
All the fun and games played by dems like picking unaffiliated applicants as Republican observers.
-
All the funky errors, the recounts that don't match the machine counts. The Benford's law analyses. Then there's other statistical oddities.
-
The lack of voter ID in many States. The lack of citizenship check at registration time in many States.
-
Ballot harvesting, both legal but obviously intended for cheating (CA) and illegal (see PV's videos about MN and TX ballot harvesting).
-
Trump votes thrown out (witness affidavits).
-
The sharpies thing in AZ.
And that's almost certainly not all of it. There's lots of other nonsense.
I'm not even touching directly on the Dominion/Smartmatic stuff. The statistical oddities do relate to Dominion/Smartmatic, but indirectly. Directly would be the witness affidavits about what they were up to, Coomer's tweets, and all that.
Biden's own admission of having the best voter fraud organization ever!
Much of the above can be demonstrated to account for enough votes in PA/WI/MI/AZ that if you threw them out Trump wins and wins by a lot.
There's also all the intimidation of canvass board members. Why would you do that if it wasn't because you cheated?
