If in fact that the software on any of the machines where hacked to switch votes or operators were switching votes in some of these counties then what about the recount that's going on? In Georgia for instance or Wisconsin, are they rehacking the machines while the recounts going on? Like what is tabulating the votes right now during the recount, the same corrupt software and machines? Also if all the data was sent overseas during election night where is it being sent at the moment during the recount?

There were no "hand recounts" they just ran them through the machines again. Some precincts have reported they were told to report back their election night numbers.

The machines are not hacked. The software is not transparent or secure enough to be counted on for an election. Built in features allow votes to be switched or discarded.
But if they are using the same machines then you believe that they are still compromised and no one's worried about hiding the glitch while the whole world is actively watching? Also if they were dragging and dropping votes it would be pretty hard I would think to repeat the same results from the first round. Not impossible but not easy with everyone watching.
The recounts are done by hand and usually compared against the machine tabulated votes, procedures may vary on a state by state basis.
Recounts are generally useless without an audit. The fact is that they physically ran ballots through the machines and gave those to Biden, either by admin overrides or by getting entire batches of Trump votes thrown out by putting a 'problem' ballot at the end of a batch so the machine would disregard the previously scanned ballots within a batch.
