The party that has been harmed has to pose the correct question in the correct context to them andbif that's not done properly, then it doesn't make a fuck how many republican justices we have.... They're not just going to hand the fucking presidency to Trump....
That's not even close to being how this shit works.... And it sure as shit isn't decided by one single Justice the way everybody seems to think....
Above all else, he sure is fuck isn't about to hand anybody a win on anything just so that he can get vengeance on Joe Biden for shit that happened decades ago.... if he did do that he would deserve to be disbarred and removed from the Supreme Court, as would any justice from either side that decides any case based on fucking vengeance.... That is exactly the type of justice we don't want, supposedly.... Although I hear a bunch of people from our side rooting for different shit all the time that it's supposedly stuff that we hate about the left..... Cancel culture being a perfect fucking example.... The Supreme Court can't go looking at all this evidence and then suddenly decide that they're going to stand up and do something about it, they do not have that power.... People here really need to watch more old interviews with the justices so they can actually understand exactly what it is they fucking do...
All they can do is answer constitutional questions from a party that has been harmed. They cannot pose their own questions or solutions for any case at any time.... It's up to you to bring the correct case before them and correctly word your constitutional question, but there's not a single thing that Justices deal with where they get to make broad sweeping decisions on anything at all... Ever.... Some of their decisions may have broad sweeping effects, but that is simply cause and effect and has absolutely nothing to do with their job...
Nobody is saying Thomas will just hand us a win Trump's questions and his lawsuits are all finely tailored to the supreme Court If you read them you would know this. The court has two questions for Pennsylvania first was the supreme Court of Pennsylvania allowed to change election law like they did and two was the secretary of state allowed to violate election law by allowing curing a ballot in democratic areas and not in Republican areas. Next is Michigan where the Wayne county election officials allowed to exclude Republicans from the watching process and not be able to keep the ballots tied to the envelopes. If the supreme Court throws out these votes it is not on Trump it is not on the supreme Court it is solely on the fault of the election officials of that state this is why they have Republicans in an adequate area to challenge the ballots and signature verification so that once all the challenges are made to it they could be a legal process remember Republicans neither Democrats can throw out legal ballots it is only the illegal ballots that can be thrown out and for them not allowing Republicans to watch the process they made a lot of ballots illegal.
