Correct. Assymptomatic means healthy, we all have MILLIONS of pathogens in our bodies, they are not active because of muh immune system, now wear a mask, and stress your immune system with mild hypoxia (low oxygen) and suddenly pathogens activate, such as masknee where acnee arises from the bacterial and fungal overload around the mouth... or people who have quicker cancer growth within a few years...

Masks are dangerous. It's that simple. New ones every few minutes, and never more than a few minutes at a time if you really have to.

This is actually very important. As CantStump says below, we're all carrying lots of pathogens. If you tested everyone for strep, something like half the population would test positive.
