That much is for sure. So the first one they said they were conducting a recount, but later said it was an audit, so the vote tallies couldn't change - it wasn't a recount. Maybe I'm missing something. Just seems conducting 2 audits of the same election is like admitting you are an incompetent tool and don't know how to do your f-ing job.
