They didn't have time to think through the consequences of ballot stuffing on that scale. The theft became super obvious. They're caught. They keep going. Thumb their noses at us:

But even if that's all it is, remember that they are DESPERATE. They may already be onto plan #13. We couldn't know if plan #13 was in the can already or if they are improvising. Maybe they are planning to try a military coup.
