Yeah. I think a quick way to check for dns problems is to enable/disable the "secure dns" features in the browsers -- when enabled it's going to use the dns servers the browsers want to use for the "secure dns" feature... When disabled, it'll use the dns from your gateway/router.
Just query for whatever browser you're using with "secure dns" to find where you can muck around with those settings.

Tried several browsers and nada. Not sure what else to do. It's on now, hopefully stays this way.
