No, he shouldn’t pardon. The judge should be forced to drop the case to embarrass all those involved. Then he should start to file complaints to the bar association for all those involved, including sullivan. Documents have been filed and the judge has still not dropped the case. Sullivan is driving a kangaroo court and I think he is most of afraid of what will happen when it is dropped.
