When I was a teenager there was this older girl that was just all over me. From the age of about 18-30 I had older girls all the time. Really don't see it as much these days ...for various reasons.
All I can say is women are like men. Some of them want to "relive their youth" and 'hang out' with young people.
It's not right, but it's understandable just in reverse. Women are pretty much the same as men in more ways that we care to admit because people don't like thinking about women being pervs.
