Yeah I don't mean to be a zealot about it, but I really feel the way people have completely accepted "anal prison rape" is pretty horrible. If our enemies wind up in prison, I would accept them simply being in prison and not raped. That is good enough for me. And I think better for the world and our conscience.

I would say you’re morally correct but the reason guards look the other way I can only assume is because the people they are supposed to guard are horrible people. Not saying it’s right but if we want to get philosophical about it I’m sure a rigged election probably resulted in the pain and suffering for at least one other person if not thousands or millions. So yeah you’re right but also I don’t care what happens to him if he is found guilty.

If you're not so soft on the moral/philosphical argument, how about the strategic? The corrupt judges let Antifa rioters free, but we know they'd lock us up and throw away the key. How many good hearted people are afraid to challenge blatant corruption due to fear of being thrown in prison and raped/beaten with no recourse? We need a morally righteous prison system, because someday the morally righteous might find themselves within its confines.

I don’t know. If anything held me back from fighting back it wouldn’t be worried about rape. It would probably be losing my job and not being able to provide for myself and family. I’m sure that fear holds some people back.
