Dumb question, but watching 5 years of antifa videos made me wonder.

Do any of y'all know why sometimes a guy will get punched once and be flattened, and other times people can take what look like powerful hits to the head and keep going?

Is it about where you you get hit, what angle, etc? Mostly is there a way to avoid getting one shot sucker punched?
