I believe all the tests work by testing the presence of anti-bodies. I am not a doctor and I had to delete a post b/c I got it so wrong today.

The EEOC has already stated that COVID-19 viral tests may be permissible under the ADA.

They can't force an anti-body test but they CAN force a viral load test. So employers will simply require the latter....
