Correct. Most of the legislature is worthless, this guy has been clutch since the beginning.
I emailed my Republican state representative in PA two weeks ago. Crickets.
I have a direct line to mine, when I first spoke with her she said everybody was jazzed up about this, but has increasingly evident that they are losing momentum and squishing because that’s what politicians do.
At the end of the day, they aren't President of USA and they'll get paid no matter what. I think my guy is just a body. Let's be real, the supposed Republican PA legislature can't even change hundred+ year old liquor laws.

I am working on the same project right now too! No but Doug will answer your emails if it is valid. He's about the only guy in politics I ever met that shares the same values as us all, and who you would not know is a politician by talking to him.

I don't really understand the process, can the PA state legislature flip anything? All I can find online is BS from the MSM that claims they have no power to change anything, but Jenna Ellis explained to them twice that they have the authority to take power back from the state supreme court or something, I don't know it was too confusing. I thought the deal was the legislature decides which electors to send and they can essentially send electors that will vote for Trump?

It will go to SCOTUS and probably flip. SCOTUS will follow other cases in other states, and the margins in the other are 10k - 12k in Wisconsin, Arizona, and Georgia.

I’m pretty sure the Supreme Court is going to rule that Equal Protection wasn’t provided for all PA voters then SC will send it to the states to certify new electors in which Trump would be the winner.
But I thought some states said they would send whoever won the popular vote. They have the opportunity to do what’s right. It’s their state. Passing it off in hopes someone else will make the stand is not the right thing.

We were never a democracy, and that kind of interstate agreement is strictly unconstitutional. If they wanted to secede, ok sure that's how we founded this nation, but this is something much more subversive aka democracy.

I’m hoping it’s because they have a hearing on Friday with Penn courts. Maybe if nothing comes of that, then they will act. I sure hope so. I’ll be severely upset if they listened to all of that, each had fiery speeches about making a stand, and then do nothing.

I tuned in late and saw him smiling and smirking when Rudy was making his opening remarks. Bad first impression, but I missed his opening speech which was apparently very patriotic.

Doug Mastriano is a combat veteran and the son of a career US Navy man. He is an Eagle Scout and worked as a paperboy, janitor, security guard, short-order cook, pizza delivery person and dishwasher. Doug was commissioned in the U.S. Army in 1986 and served on the Iron Curtain with the 2nd Armored Cavalry Regiment in West Germany. While serving along the East German and Czechoslovakian borders, he witnessed the end of the Cold War and thereafter deployed to Iraq for Operation Desert Storm (1991) to liberate Kuwait. His regiment led the attack against Saddam’s elite Republican Guard forces. Doug went on to serve in Washington, DC, the 3rd Infantry Division and US Army Europe. After 9/11, Mastriano was the lead planner for the operation to invade Iraq via Turkey. He served four years with NATO and deployed three times to Afghanistan. Mastriano was the director of NATO’s Joint Intelligence Center in Afghanistan, leading 80 people from 18 nations. On his own initiative, Doug led seven relief operations to help Afghan orphans. He completed his career as a Professor of the U.S. Army War College (PAWC), Carlisle, PA, and taught Strategic Studies at the Master Degree level to the next generation of senior leaders.
Mastriano is a Doctor of History (PhD) and has four master’s degrees: Strategy, Strategic Intelligence, Military Operations, and Airpower. He earned a BA from Eastern University in St. Davids, Pennsylvania and was the alumnus of the year in 2009. He led the search to locate where America’s greatest WW I hero, Alvin York, received the Medal of Honor and led the construction of a three mile trail, with two monuments and nine markers in the Argonne Forest of France. He published 30 articles on strategy and historic topics and authored the book Alvin York: A New Biography of the Hero of the Argonne which received four awards. His new book, Thunder in the Argonne is the first to tell the complete story of America’s largest battle, the 1918 Meuse-Argonne Campaign.
