The problem with this was s that they can intentionally nullify counties that would vote against them. Voter/electoral fraud needs to be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Anyone caught coordinating a wide spread attack on this critical infrastructure needs to be sent to gitmo.

I think the law states in PA they have to throw it all out and the legislature elects the electors.
