We're at the darkest hour of the Republic. But the enemy has stretched itself thin. The enemy is looking beatable. We're at one turning point, perhaps the turning point. There are a lot of points like this coming up in MI, WI, AZ, and GA, and possibly other States they weren't even thinking of.
If the PA legislature does the right thing, the MI and WI legislatures might as well, all sparing the SCOTUS from having to issue another Bush v. Gore decision. There's a risk there. We might run out of time without a SCOTUS ruling and only some of the legislatures doing the right thing but not enough. So, a turning point, but we're not in the clear yet.
