Actually when talking about trans stuff, what they use is equivocation fallacy.
One simple example of what is equivocation fallacy:
All stars are at outerspace and this is 100% true.
Eminem is a star and this is 100% true.
Both previous stuff being 100% true, means that Eminem is at outerspace.
Words can have multiple meanings, this fallacy assume that star from first phrase is the same thing as star from second one, just because the word has the same letters (or syllabes in the case of a syllabary language) at the same order. This fallacy rely entirely at how the language works, and would not exist if language worked differently (somehow found a way to not have the same symbols in order means more than one thing).
Things are literally being made based at equivocation fallacy.
More, people are feeling sad based at equivocation fallacy, like as some example eminem feeling sad that nasa dont care about him and say to him "you are not a star".
