I live in PA and was sent a ballot without requesting it. However, I got one for an election in May during lockdown, so if you asked for one then, your request was continued, apparently? I'm not sure how that would fall, but I wanted to vote in person.

I requested a mail in ballot but never recieved it. I filled out a Provisional Ballot in person, which the tracker says was counted. The mail in ballot tracker said pending at that time - which means they were waiting for it to be mailed back in. Just checked right now and there is 'no record' of my mail-in ballot.
Train wreck.
Ugh...that was my fear, and I obsessed about how to vote...seems funny now, but I was relaxed to hear that vote watchers from both parties would be overseeing the count!
Anyway, mine did get marked as recorded-- but who knows, it was probably recorded for Biden, which makes me really mad!
Another thing, the recorded notice came up really soon-- a couple weeks before the election-- they weren't supposed to read it yet? (And there was "received" and "recorded" so it wasn't like they just got it.
