Rudy compared the mail in ballots requested for the primary to the votes cast in the general. He's killing us.
It is possible that this was the number on the Pennsylvania website as of yesterday. And he said he would like to know the explanation. This might be why.

Yeah, I try to stay optimistic that we're still gonna pull this off, but at this point if we do, it will be despite Rudy...certainly not because of him.
