Can someone clarify where Rudy Giuliani got the data from about requested mail-in ballots in PA? In this link it says there were 3 million requested, double the amount that Giuliani mentioned. (electproject.github.io)

It was the PA website

They took it down yesterday. I remember seeing posts about it as well

Yes as Rudy says: "yesterday it was removed without explanation."

can confirm it was mysteriously removed. not sure about Rudy's numbers but there were about 2.5 million who cast votes in the general election from what we saw in the absentee numbers.

Do you have the archived page by chance? or does ANYONE have a screenshot or link (even though it's down)? Maybe we can find Google cached version or with wayback machine or something similar.
