Glitch ? Booooooooooshit i live near Dorchester Ma and just about everyone i know besides me got one without requesting one Not sure about anywhere else in Ma but im sure about here. Plus everyday you'd get the mail asking if you wanted one. I voted in person on election day. I did shiva as a write in. I hope he follows through with getting the records.
