The Poll Workers said i can go through a process where i fill in a form and get a ballot there. They made the process really inconvenient to people who wanted to vote in person. I frantically drive hope and dig up all my mail to find my ballot fill it out sign the envelope and dropped it off at my polling place.
Yeah, there are so many holes in this banana republic system it is mind boggling. White out tape placed on ballot scanner surfaces....you name it. The tricks are endless.

But there is no such thing as a temporary hiccup in computer code. It may present itself intermittently, or be the result of a complicated set of factors. Code may not be written to handle rare exceptions accurately or gracefully. But there is no error that just "goes away".

I received two and I live in MA. A woman at the polls when I was there was informed she'd already voted by mail and had to fix that so she could vote.
